Besides being chosen by Almighty God to be the Foster-Father of the Son of God, St. Joseph was appointed to be the chaste guardian of the Blessed Virgin Mary.  Through his close proximity to the Mother of God, St. Joseph’s faith was increased, his patience was perfected, his humility deepened, and all his virtues perfected.  One cannot help but increasing in the love of God, through devotion to His holy Mother.  Are we devoted to Our Lady?  Bishop Santay goes through a little check-up, and offers many helpful suggestions as to how we can increase our devotion to our Heavenly Mother.
