In this conference, Bishop Carroll gives an explanation of what anger is and how it manifests itself.  He then discusses meekness, which is the counter virtue to anger, and gives some helpful ways to practice this virtue.  He tells how to prepare oneself before the occasion of anger arises, as well as how to control anger while in the midst of this strong feeling.
