Born and raised in upstate New York, Fr. Nelson Baker was known for his devotion to the Blessed Mother, especially under the title of Our Lady of Victory.  During this talk, Bishop Carroll explains the difference between a true devotion to the Blessed Virgin and a false devotion.  He then goes through some practical practices that we can perform to help increase our own devotion to the Mother of God.
