The first American society to train missionaries for the apostolate was the Maryknoll Society.  Bishop Francis Xavier Ford was one of these missionaries.  He worked and died in China.  One of the outstanding virtues which he displayed during his life was the virtue of meekness.  In this conference Bishop Joseph Santay explains what meekness is and how it can combat the sin of anger.
