Conference given at Men’s Retreat - 2021

St. Thomas Aquinas tells us that it is the virtue of meekness which moderates anger according to right reason.  Anger is a very strong passion in all of us, and it takes manly strength to overcome it.

In this conference Mother Mary Bosco shares some insights from both St. Francis de Sales, and St. John Bosco about how to practice meekness before, during, and after the times that our anger is moved.
